IT help desk support with Italian

As a Service Desk Analyst at NNIT Service Support Center in Prague you will handle incoming calls from employees working at larger companies. You will handle incidents and service requests ranging from end user logon problems to functional support to business units.
Your ambition will be to get the problem solved within the first contact. The support is provided in various languages for our customers’ global organizations, so you speak minimum these languages: Italian & English.
As part of the NNIT Service Support Center your analytical skills will be highly valued since we tend to be confronted with complex customer problems. Co-workers will regard you as a person who is outgoing and working well in a team and further down the line you will share your professional knowledge and experience with them naturally. You strive to provide the best service and have a strong wish to improve and develop your personal and professional skills.
Your qualifications and experience
As a member of an IT support team you have or are willing to have a good understanding of the IT environment and troubleshooting. We do not expect you to have any previous experience in supporting IT, as we will train you on the job.
Being focused on quality and results you are constantly pursuing and achieving personal and work-related goals. You have excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with customers in a professional manner. Besides good time management and prioritization skills you multitask effectively, have a high energy level and a drive for support.
You will improve your communication and analytical skills, which will be needed since you will be sometimes solving quite complex problems with different types of customers. Speaking and writing skills in English and Italian are essential at a minimum of B2 level.
